PNSA advised Hexagon group on the sale of its real estate portfolio in Cluj-Napoca

PNSA advised Hexagon group, owned by local entrepreneurs Mr. Raul Ciurtin and Mr. Florin Mariș, on the sale of Vivido Business Center, Cube Office and Advancity Business Center office buildings, in a transaction estimated at EUR 30 million. The three buildings have a total area of approximately 20,000 sqm.

This is the second largest real estate transaction in Cluj in which PNSA lawyers were involved in 2019, after the acquisition of The Office in a EUR 120 million transaction in which PNSA advised Dedeman.

PNSA also acts as legal adviser in the ESTORIA City project developed by Mr. Raul Ciurtin and Mr. Florin Mariș in Bucharest, a mixed-use project that includes a retail park, a residential project of 2,000 apartments, as well as office buildings.
