PNSA advised Duraziv Group on the sale to Saint-Gobain

PNSA advised Duraziv Group on the sale to French Group Saint-Gobain, in a competitive bid transaction.

Saint-Gobain completes acquisition of Duraziv, a Romanian group specialized in the production of adhesives and other value-added construction chemicals solutions.

PNSA provided legal assistance during the entire project and covered the advisory in the technical and legal due diligences, the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation, as well as assistance in the process of meeting the conditions precedent.
