Xella purchases Macon Group

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised its long-standing client, the global building materials manufacturer Xella, on the acquisition of Macon Group, the largest Romanian AAC producer and one of the largest manufacturers of building materials in the Romanian market.
