PNSA advised BLOM Bank France on a new real estate financing

PNSA advised BLOM Bank France SA Romania Branch on a EUR 5m financing granted to a real estate developer from Brasov in order to finance the development of residential projects.

BLOM Bank France SA Romania Branch is a long-standing client ever since 2006, when PNSA advised on the incorporation of the branch in Romania.
