Camelia Constantin‘s practice covers legal assistance during asset acquisitions, including sale and purchase agreements, concessions, leases and mortgages. She also provides general commercial advice, including drafting, negotiation and completion support of sale of goods, financial and operational leasing and other commercial contracts.
Education
Camelia Constantin holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association and IP counselor within Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office (OSIM).
Camelia also holds a LL.M in labour law & social security from the University of Bucharest and a Master Degree in International and European Integration from Romanian Diplomatic Institute.
