Associates promoted to senior positions
Ioana Postelnicu and Silviu Stoica have been appointed senior associates with Popovici & Asociatii.
Ioana’s experience record contains legal assistance rendered in private equity projects, wide-ranging corporate and commercial operations, including corporate finance, specific banking practice and also regulatory matters.
Silviu Stoica is well renowned for his expertise in competition and antitrust, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ioana completed a double education in both Romanian and European Law holding a degree in law from the University of Bucharest and a Maîtrise en Droit from the Paris I University Sorbonne and Silviu holds a degree in law from the University of Bucharest. They are admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association.
