Popovici Nitu & Asociatii Tax welcomes Senior Tax Consultant Madalina Cotrut
Popovici Nițu & Asociații Tax is pleased to announce that Mădălina Cotruț has joined the Firm as Senior Tax Consultant, bringing 4 years of experience in Big Four in Bucharest.
Mădălina is specialised in Direct Taxes focusing on international tax law. She collaborated in this area with the Institute for International and Austrian Tax Law, WU (University for Economic Sciences in Vienna) for one year.
Working with multinationals and large local firms, Mădălina has provided structuring and transactional advice on the full range of corporate activities, including tax structuring and optimization projects, joint ventures, transaction tax advisory, tax due diligences and reviews, for clients acting in various industries.
Mădălina is a member of the Bucharest Bar and International Fiscal Association. She is the national reporter at the IFA Congress in Paris in 2011. Mădălina has been involved in several EU Accession projects and is also a frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
