Ziarul Financiar rewards Popovici Nitu & Asociatii for the largest IT&C transaction in 2010

Popovici Nițu & Asociații received the award for “The largest IT&C transaction in 2010” at the Lawyers’ Gala organized by Ziarul Financiar on May 24, 2011.

The award was granted for the assistance provided by our Firm to the owners of Scop Computers SRL on the sale of 51% of the capital to ABC Data, the Polish IT distributor in Central and Eastern Europe.

During the Gala, the Firm has been nominated at four categories:

1. “The largest real estate transaction in 2010”, namely the transaction whereby Immofinanz acquired 85% of the capital in Polus Center Constanța;
2. “The largest IT&C transaction in 2010”, namely the transaction whereby the owners of Scop Computers sold 51% of the capital to ABC Data;
3. “The largest transaction in pharma of 2010”, namely the transaction whereby Fresenius Medical Care acquired eight dialysis centers;
4. “The Romanian Entrepreneur Lawyer in 2010”, namely the transaction whereby the owners of Scop Computers sold 51% of the capital to ABC Data.
