Popovici Nițu & Asociații advised Oresa Ventures, a Swedish private equity investor focused on investments in Central & Eastern Europe, on the acquisition of RTC Proffice Experience (part of RTC Group), leader on the stationery distribution and one of the most active players on the Romanian market.
The Popovici Nițu & Asociații 6-lawyer team was led by corporate partner Silviu Stoica.
In the last years, Popovici Nițu & Asociații advised Oresa Ventures in the majority of its transactions on the Romanian market, providing legal assistance on the acquisition of Fabryo Corporation, Kiwi Finance, Somaco Grup Prefabricate, G&D Teius and also on the sale of La Fantana.
