Cristian Popescu has been appointed Partner with Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii

POPOVICI NITU STOICA & ASOCIATII has announced that Cristian Popescu has been appointed partner with the Firm, effective as of 1 January 2016.

Cristian Popescu’s practice focuses on agribusiness projects, with a special focus on land acquisition, farms’ development and financing. He is also experienced on intellectual property and copyright disputes, assisting clients in a broad range of issues related to the registration and protection of trademarks, patents and domain names.

Cristian Popescu joined the Firm as an associate in 2006. He holds a Degree in Law and a LL.M in Business Law and is member of the Bucharest Bar. Cristian Popescu is admitted as IP counsellor within the Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office.
