Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații secures Swietelsky Romania’s position on the railway public procurement tender

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații successfully advised its long-standing client, Swietelsky Romania, on the tender for the award of a railway infrastructure works agreement granted by the National Railway Company, with an estimated value of approximately RON 20 million, including on the related litigation initiated by other bidders, who challenged the award before the National Council for Solving Complaints, the Bucharest Court of Appeal and the Timisoara Court of Appeal.
