Auchan Romania Merger
The 6 absorbed companies were the owners of 11 Auchan Hyper shopping centres in Bucharest and other cities (Timisoara, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Oradea, Cluj-Napoca, Ploiesti, Constanta, Galati), the value of their assets exceeding €135m.
