Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised WDP on the acquisition of two logistics parks

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised WDP, one of the leading Belgian developers and owners of logistics and warehousing in the market, on the recent acquisition of two major logistics parks in Romania :

• Dunca Logistics Centre, with approximately 37,000 sqm of Class A warehouse spaces, located in Timișoara, from Dunca Imobiliare; and
• CTPark Cluj I, with approximately 33,000 sqm of Class A logistics spaces, located and Cluj, from CTP Group.
