AkzoNobel Romania merges with Fabryo Corporation

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații assisted its long-standing client AkzoNobel group on the merger of its Romanian subsidiary with Fabryo Corporation, the combined businesses helping AkzoNobel to lead the decorative paints and varnishes market in Romania too.

PNSA also advised on the sale of Fabryo to AkzoNobel in 2018.
