PNSA has obtained for ARACO - The Association of Romanian Construction Companies - and a number of large construction companies the annulment of ANAP President's Instructions no. 1/2019 on matters of contract price adjustment in public procurement and supply projects

The annulment judgment was made today, July 30th, 2020, by the Bucharest Court of Appeal as first tier court. The ruling is a major move for construction companies acting in public procurement and supplies since in this way they have regained certain control of the economic balance of their contracts with the public authorities, especially related to indexation triggered by the increase in the minimum wage in the construction field.
