  • The Romanian Association of Construction Entrepreneurs (ARACO) and a number of large construction companies on the annulment of a decision issued by the National Public Procurement Agency on matters of contract price adjustment in public procurement and supply projects.
  • CE Oltenia, as beneficiary, in the arbitral proceedings under ICC Rules initiated by the general contractor concerning a public procurement turnkey contract for the design, delivery, construction, assembly and commissioning of a joint plant for flue gas desulphurisation for two 150MW power groups of a power plant located in Romania.
  • One of the largest Romanian investment funds on a string of disputes in the energy sector against the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority, in connection with the annulment of various orders regarding regulated energy prices and quantities for electricity sold by producers on the basis of regulated contracts.
  • Several subsidiaries of Enel on the annulment of various orders issued by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority that set the regulated rate of return applied for the approval of the tariffs for the electricity distribution service provided by the concessionaire distribution operators.
  • Deutsche Leasing Romania on the successfully closed investigation conducted by the Competition Council on the financial leasing services market.
