PNSA advised Via-Trend on the sale to Oresa

PNSA advised the owners of Via-Trend, an important local food producer and distributor, on the sale to Swedish private equity fund Oresa.

PNSA provided legal assistance during the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation, as well as assistance in the process of meeting the conditions precedent.
