PNSA advised PlantExtrakt in registering and defending its IP rights over “Nasirus” trademark

PNSA advised PlantExtrakt, the first Romanian manufacturer of gemmotherapy extracts and the only Romanian manufacturer of homeopathic drugs, in relation to opposition and dispute proceedings before the Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office (OSIM) for registering and defending its IP rights over “Nasirus” trademark against the holder of an earlier EU trademark (EUTM) allegedly similar.
