PNSA advised the Swedish group Enea on the sale of Enea Services Romania

PNSA advised Enea on the sale of Enea Services Romania to AROBS Transilvania Software, in one of the largest IT transactions in Romania in recent years.

Enea Services Romania SRL is a subsidiary wholly owned by Enea Software AB whose parent company Enea AB is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

PNSA team was led by Partner Vlad Neacsu, along with Managing Associate Ioana Cazacu and Senior Associate Bianca Tarascu.
