PNSA advised Provita on the signing of the agreement for the sale of a controlling stake to MedLife
PNSA advised the owners of Provita (Ada and Ovidiu Palea), a leading healthcare services provider, in connection with the signing of the deal regarding the sale of a controlling stake of 51% to MedLife, along with putting in place the shareholders' agreement for future developments.
MedLife and the Provita Group announced the signing of a new strategic partnership
PNSA provided legal assistance throughout the entire process, covering the advisory in the legal due diligence, the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation. The transaction must be approved by the Competition Council.
PNSA team was led by Partner Silviu Stoica, along with Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie. Alongside PNSA as advisor to Palea family was also Alexandru Medelean (Wise Way Advisors).
