PNSA advised private equity company ROCA Investments on its acquisition of a 20% stake in Adrem Energy Solutions SA, a company operating in the energy services market.

PNSA provided extensive legal assistance throughout the entire process, from preliminary discussions, due diligence, transaction structuring, up to transaction documents, negotiations and signing. The transaction will be subject to merger control and FDI clearances.

The PNSA team advising on the deal was led by M&A Partner Silviu Stoica, along with Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie, as well as Managing Associate Laura Ambrozie and Senior Associate Vanessa Nistor for merger control and FDI matters.
