Popovici Nițu & Asociații has advised the owners of Med Life in connection to the sale of a minority share stake to Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM) - the largest transaction in healthcare field in Romania in 2009, Property Fund on the sale of its participation in CEZ Vanzare, CEZ Distributie and CEZ Servicii to CEZ (the largest transaction in the energy field in Romania in 2009), Immofinanz AG in connection to various acquisitions including EFG Portfolio Projects and Eyemaxx Portfolio Projects, Asseco Group in connection to the acquisition of Probass, and CLAL Romania with respect to the transfer of its client portfolio.
