Expertise

Justin Anghel has significant experience in litigation, especially in the energy and telecommunications sector, including commercial litigation. He is also involved in corporate and shareholders matters.

Justin combines the lawyering practice with academic activity, being a teaching assistant both at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, where he teaches civil procedure, and Sorbonne Paris 1, where he teaches French corporate law (droit des sociétés) in Bucharest.

Education

Justin Anghel completed a double education in Romanian and European law, at the University of Bucharest and at Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d'Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). He also holds a LL.M in Private Law from the University of Bucharest and is currently a PhD student in civil procedure law at the same university. Justin is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
