Pietta Glass sold to Saint-Gobain
Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised Pietta Glass Working on its sale to Saint-Gobain. The transaction was closed in December 2016.
Pietta Glass Working is a Romanian glass manufacturer. Founded in 2000, the company is specialized in glass processing for industrial applications and glass façade elements.
