Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised Dedeman on the acquisition of the second building of The Bridge, a new landmark office project in Bucharest, from Forte Partners.

The Bridge II consists of a 10-storey building with approximately 23,000 sqm of Class A leasable area.

PNSA team led by Partner Ioana Șampek, also included Managing Associates Codrin Luță, Andreea Grosu and Ioana Dumitru, Senior Associates Lavinia Dinoci, Lavinia Ludovic and Cristiana Blei, as well as Associates Luiza (Zamura) Draghici, Geanina Stoica and Veronica Culcea.

The tax assistance was provided by Mihaela Pohaci, Partner, and Raluca Rusu, Senior Manager with PNSA Tax SRL, while the competition matters were covered by Partner Mihaela Ion, Managing Associate Laura Ambrozie and Associate Vanessa Nistor.

This is the sixth significant transaction in which PNSA assisted Dedeman Group in the last 12 months, following the acquisition of The Office; the setting up of Equiliant Capital, a private equity fund focused on supporting SMEs; the acquisition of The Bridge; and the investments in the listed companies Cemacon and Alro.
