Dedeman enters partnership with Element Invest Partners for Eli Park 1

PNSA advised Dedeman on the partnership with Element Invest Partners to jointly develop the first phase of approximately 20,000 sqm of Eli Park 1 logistic and industrial project.

This is the seventh significant transaction in which PNSA assisted Dedeman Group in the last 12 months, following the acquisition of the Bridge II; the acquisition of The Office; the setting up of Equiliant Capital, a private equity fund focused on supporting SMEs; the acquisition of The Bridge; and the investments in the listed companies Cemacon and Alro.
