Prefera Foods sells its food business to Morad Group

PNSA advised its long-standing client Prefera Foods, a leading player in the canned food market in Romania, on the sale to Morad Group of its distribution arm Prefera Trading SRL, a company also owning the brand "Capricii și Delicii".

PNSA provided legal assistance throughout the entire process, covering the advisory in the legal due diligence, the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation and obtaining the merger control clearance from the Competition Council.

PNSA team advising on the deal was led by M&A Partner Silviu Stoica, along with Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie and Competition Partner Mihaela Ion.
