PNSA advised the French group Malherbe Transports, one of the leading French road haulage operators, on the acquisition of Contralog Europa SRL, the local subsidiary of TLW Group, a leading road haulage operator in Luxembourg.

A team of PNSA lawyers coordinated by Irina Ivanciu (Partner), which also included Diana Toma (Associate) and other PNSA lawyers, provided legal assistance in connection with the legal analysis of the target company and the implementation of the transaction from the Romanian legal perspective.
