PRIA events and Popovici Nițu Stoica și Asociații are organizing the PRIA Public Procurement Conference – being the first to address both topics in this format since 2017 – during which we will debate the most important aspects of competition and public procurement at this time, in fact the only broader debate in this regard in Romania.

The conference will discuss the National Strategy in the Field of Public Procurement, the measures and legislative innovations that the National Agency for Public Procurement has in mind in order to stimulate the business environment, about the interpenetration of competition with public procurement. We will discuss public procurement in key sectors such as: construction, IT&C, energy, environment, health and pharma, automotive, insurance, finance-banking and more.
