Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații (PNSA) is honoured to announce that its Managing Partner, Florian Nițu, has been named Romania Lawyer of the Year at the Legal 500 Central and Eastern Europe Awards 2026, held on 15 October 2026 in Warsaw.

The award comes alongside two further nominations at the 2026 Awards. Florian Nițu was also shortlisted for CEE Partner of the Year, as the only Romanian lawyer in the selection, while Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații was shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year category.

This prestigious distinction recognises more than an exceptional year. It reflects over two decades of consistent professional excellence and Florian Nițu's significant contribution to the development of the Romanian business law market.

Florian Nițu has built a distinctive professional profile spanning the four fundamental areas of business law: projects and investments, corporate transactions and M&A, litigation and arbitration, and regulatory and public law.
