New Associates

Raluca Petrescu becomes an associate with Popovici & Asociatii. She is highly experienced in corporate and commercial matters, mainly associated with foreign direct investments. Joining from the “Gruia Dufaut Law Office”, Raluca Petrescu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.

Mihaela Ion joins Popovici & Asociatii Competition and IP Practice this month. Specialising in competition law particularly in restrictive anti-competitive practices, Mihaela Ion trained and qualified with a competition and intellectual property specialized legal practice.

Cristian Popescu is the new member of the Popovici & Asociatii Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Holding an LL.M in Private Law from the University of Bucharest and a postgraduate diploma in Public Procurement Law from the National Institute of Administration, Cristain specializes in concesions and joint ventures in the field of energy, oil and gas and utilities.

Codrin Taralunga enters the highly experienced Corporate & Commercial Practice group within Popovici & Asociatii. He focuses on commercial advice including negotiation and completion support of sale of goods, financial and operational leasing and cross-border joint ventures. Codrin speaks Romanian and English, holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.

Luana Dragomirescu is a new member of the Projects Practice group within Popovici & Asociatii, being involved in PPP, concession and other utilities projects. She holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
