Luana Dragomirescu specializes in data privacy since 2007, covering all aspects relating to data protection regulations and the protection of personal privacy. She is regularly involved in compliance projects, data security and response procedures in case of data security breaches, supervisory authority investigations, also advising on data protection issues associated with corporate transactions and transfer of personal data in business transfers.
Luana fulfills an external DPO role, appointed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for players in agriculture, trading and port operation fields.
Luana is also experienced in Energy and M&A/Corporate projects.
Education
Luana Dragomirescu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association. She holds several certifications from the International Board for IT Governance Qualifications (GDPR Foundation, GDPR Practitioner, Certified DPO).
