Ela Marin and Luana Dragomirescu have been appointed Senior Associates with Popovici Nitu & Asociatii

POPOVICI NITU & ASOCIATII has announced today that Ela Marin and Luana Dragomirescu have been appointed senior associates of the firm.

Ela Marin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, having advised on several forward purchase and joint venture schemes for the development of logistic parks, shopping centres and office buildings. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and has been involved in several merger and acquisition processes. Ela Marin joined the firm in 2005. She holds a Degree in Law and a LLM in Private Law Institutions and is member of the Bucharest Bar Association.

Luana Dragomirescu’s area of practice focuses on energy end environment compliance, with particular emphasis on renewable energy projects under which she is counselling energy producers, utility suppliers, renewable energy project developers as well as various public institutions. She is also actively involved in infrastructure and public to private projects, concession and PPP assignments benefitting from a solid corporate and commercial expertise. Luana Dragomirescu has joined the firm in 2005. She holds a Degree in Law and is member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
