Ela Marin's expertise is mainly focused on real estate issues. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions field. Ela is advising the largest real estate investors in Romania on the acquisition and/or development of the majority of the high-profile projects.

Education

Ela Marin holds a Degree in Law and a LL.M in Contract Law from the University “Babeș-Bolyai” of Cluj and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
