Mihaela Vrabie’s expertise is focused on tax and administrative disputes.

Mihaela has extensive experience in a diverse range of tax disputes concerning transfer pricing and multinational companies related tax matters, substance and business purpose, VAT and corporate tax.

She is also dealing with a wide range of public law and European Union law related matters.

Education

Mihaela Vrabie holds a Degree in Law and a Ph.D. in European Law from the University of Bucharest. Mihaela Vrabie is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
