PNSA recently advised Ameropa Grains, one of the largest grain traders in Romania, on the sale of a former industrial platform in Constanța to Hornbach.

PNSA provided legal assistance during the entire project, that lasted almost two years, and that covered the advisory in the technical and legal due diligences, the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation, assistance in the process of meeting the conditions precedent, including the demolition of pre-existing buildings and architectural development of the assets.

PNSA team was led by Bogdan C. Stoica (Partner), along with Codrin Luță (Managing Associate) and Ioana Lazăr (Associate). The tax advice was provided by Raluca Rusu (PNSA Tax Partner).
