Ciprian Donțu represents both in court and arbitration proceedings multinational companies, financial institutions and entrepreneurs. Ciprian has extensive expertise in corporate governance, competition and debt recovery disputes.
Ciprian is also representing international investors in relation to all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including both transactional and litigation matters.

Education
Ciprian Donțu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
